Visionary Solutions Teams With Industry Heavyweights On Technology Demos At InfoComm 2011

Visionary Solutions are teaming with several industry partners at InfoComm 2011 on technology demonstrations that feature VSI encoding products as key interoperable pieces within end-to-end workflows.
The demonstrations, which include contributions from InfoValue, NetroMedia and Ense0, will show VSI's versatility working within digital signage, IP transport, multicasting and IPTV workflows.
Visionary Solutions are teaming up with partner InfoValue to showcase an end-to-end IPTV solution that is ideal for customers in wide-ranging industry segments that utilise IPTV such as telcos and enterprise and healthcare markets. The comprehensive IPTV solution includes interactive service portal, set-top box management, electronic programme guide, aggregated entertainment package, user-defined content, and more.
The second demonstration will showcase the VSICaster, developed jointly by VSI and NetroMedia. The VSICaster is a turnkey webcasting engine that is perfectly suited for broadcast of video content to multiple devices including mobile devices, set-top boxes, and PC and Mac computers, within seconds. VSICaster is ideal for organisations and enterprises that wish to stream HD/SD content internally and on the internet - with limited setup or maintenance hassles. The product will be demonstrated on iPhones and Android phones at the VSI stand utilising managed CDN service from NetroMedia and streaming technology from Wowza Media Systems.
Finally, VSI will demonstrate a digital signage application with technology partner Enseo. The demonstration will focus on how IPTV encoders from VSI efficiently distribute and contribute content as part of a digital ecosystem to reduce equipment costs and increase scalability.
