Jarman Price joins The Business

Russell Jarman Price, one of Soho's most successful and creative media figures, has joined forces with David Burgess, MD of top commercial production company, The Business.
The Business represent a diverse range of some of the UK's most talented directors, from award winning film makers such as Roland Joffe to young rising stars such as Alex Jovy and Aaron Bowyn.
High profile work completed by the company includes station branding for MTV UK and commercials for the NSPCC, Woolworth's, Bonjella and Centre Parks.
The Business have also recently produced several noteworthy short films now showing at the Claremont short film festival and entered for this year's Oscar's, including Alex Jovy's 'White Bits' and Jonty Toosey's 'My Friend'.
Jarman Price will head up a new division of The Business that will exploit the rapidly changing media landscape. It will focus on creating programming and content that allows brand guardians and media owners to work more closely together to ensure these new media opportunities are developed to their and the consumers/viewers benefit.
This will include traditional programming, advertiser-funded programming, iTV and broader based digital communications solutions.
Jarman Price said: "We want to work with brand-owners and utilise our experience in film, TV, advertising and digital communications to grasp and exploit the new media landscape. It is becoming increasingly hard to reach target audiences and we intend to offer a creative and innovative means, by which to do this. We are perhaps unusual in that we have direct experience of producing movies, long running TV series, iTV as well as a great deal of experience in advertising and an understanding of the needs of brands"
