Eagle research to launch studiopro at IBC

Eagle Research are to introduce studiopro - a revolutionary, multi-camera, recording and editing system for all broadcast studio needs in a single chassis at IBC 2002.
studiopro is a powerful system, with an intuitive interface, which integrates seamlessly into the traditional production studio. It produces unsurpassed quality, and introduces an innovative workflow method that will reduce overall production costs.
Multi-camera recording and editing in the studio set has never been so easy and simple. Digitising all footage directly from multiple cameras (up to seven), and using a standard vision mixer to generate the edit decision list, studiopro increases creativity, productivity and image quality. In addition, further enhanced editing can be performed simultaneously using a powerful software application.
As Andreas Athanasiou, director of STV, commented, " studiopro gives us the ability to record footage from up to 7 cameras simultaneously onto hard disks, along with the camera selections of the director, which places us a step ahead of all competitors in many aspects; we reduce production time, we boost up the image quality and save money on the hassle associated with VTR's. Up to now, most of my clients/directors wanted to edit in linear suites to avoid the loading time from tape to disk, but now I can finally lose most of my VTR's and linear edit suites, as well as do a faster and a better job!"
