Cinegy Partners With Soho-Based root6 To Support The UK Market

Cinegy announced a new sales partnership with broadcast technology supplier, root6 in London, intended to foster growth and opportunities in the UK broadcast, film and post-production communities.
root6 has been a reseller for industry-leading brands of hardware and software for over a decade, and now Cinegy will be added to the software solutions on offer. Complementing the sales arm, root6 has a systems integration and installation division, a technical customer support service and a product development arm, ROOT6 Technology.

The root6 systems integration division specifies, designs, project-manages and commissions technical installations. Clients include Channel 5, MTV, The Moving Picture Company, The VTR Group, The Farm, Molinare and London South Bank University. root6 offers customer support from individual products to systems and facility-wide installations. root6 mission-critical editorial support for major feature films and reality TV series has been contracted for such titles as Casino Royale and Big Brother.
