Vinten showcase new mini AutoCam robotic pan and tilt head

Vinten's new AutoCam HS-100P pan and tilt head and BCS controller will be available for visitors to experience at Stand 11.520 IBC 2002.
The AutoCam range of robotic camera controls dominate the US market, with this new unbeatable addition, the range is set to create the standard for robotic image capture worldwide.
A welcome addition to the existing AutoCam robotics range, the HS-100P provides precise broadcast quality movement for today’s ultra lightweight cameras and lenses. Incredibly simple to install and intuitive to use, the HS-100P and BCS controllers are ideally suited to a wide variety of applications including Videoconferencing, distance learning, remote precision surveillance and legislative applications. With a pan range of 300° and tilt range of ±95° the HS-100P is ideal for open or restricted situations. Weighing only 2kg (4.4lb) and measuring 125mm (w) x 96mm (D) x 215mm (H), the HS-100P allows lightweight cameras to be installed in a variety of remote positions. There are two BCS controllers available that provide pan, tilt, zoom, focus and iris control for one, (BCS-100), or up to four, (BCS-400), HS-100P heads with a maximum storage and recall capacity of 32 shots (eight shots per camera). The HS-100P can also work alongside other AutoCam pan & tilt heads – and up to 32 cameras can be controlled by the HCS-125 combined touchscreen and joystick controller. Designed to be discreet, this head allows the camera to capture the type of pictures unachievable with much larger robotic heads.
