Digital Rights Group Sign Kill Arman

Leading London-based content distributor Digital Rights Group (DRG) has announced its acquisition of international distribution rights to the innovative new martial arts travel show Kill Arman from independent producer Rabbit Films.
DRG is launching the title under its iD Distribution banner at MIPCOM 2009, alongside a host of new popular factual entertainment series.
The humourous and action-packed series Kill Arman tells the story of Arman Alizad, an average man in his mid-30s who is lazy, out of shape and loves his cosy life. He has no previous martial arts experience, but now has only six months of extreme training to learn vital combat skills and extreme discipline.
Then, travelling from Hong Kong and Cambodia to the USA, China and Japan, Arman must face an ultimate challenge at the end of each episode: battling ten experts of ten different martial arts in a relentless fight to the finish - will he be victorious?
Caroline Percy, Acquisitions Manager at DRG for iD Distribution, commented: "Kill Arman is a truly unique series blending competitive sports action and exotic travel to offer wide audience appeal. The team at Rabbit Films has also instilled a fantastic sense of humour and jeopardy throughout, as the engaging Arman confronts a range of new and unusual challenges.
"We are delighted to launch this series at MIPCOM - the iD Distribution slate comprises a host of brand new series and new episodes from proven global hits, and we are looking forward to an extremely busy and successful market."
iD Distribution also arrived at MIPCOM with new episodes of the hugely popular Dr G: Medical Examiner.
From Atlas Media Corp for Discovery Health, the series follows one of America's most respected and charismatic forensic pathologists, Dr Jan Garvaglia on an unprecedented look behind the scenes at the County Medical Examiner's office in Florida, revealing the intimate, inner working of an extraordinary forensic pathology lab.
The sixth series of the hit factual entertainment show The Real Hustle launches at MIPCOM with ten new episodes from Objective Productions for BBC3, featuring more spectacular cons and celebrity scams. The team disguise themselves as a host of new characters to reveal all the tricks in the book and also throw celebrities into the dark world of crime to highlight real hustles that the public should be aware of.
The brand new series The Real A&E from Mandrill Television for Sky 1 and Sky Real Lives offers exclusive access to a real Accident & Emergency room and follows the life-saving air ambulance hospital crew.
From heart attacks and traffic accidents to freak injuries and stunts that go badly wrong, a host of critical injuries and life-saving stories are revealed throughout the series.
DRG are located at Stand LR4.23 at MIPCOM 2009.
