About PK Studios (Audio Post London)

Our sound studio in Hammersmith can supply all your audio post production needs, from voice over recording to final dubs and laybacks.Our aim is to help you create the soundtrack you need in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Whether it is a simple voice over recording or a 5.1 surround mix we aim to deliver top quality audio for your production.

Facilities

Comfortable control room with space for clients. Our Pro Tools HD system has automated mixing with total recall, allowing changes right up to the last minute. Final mixes in Mono, Stereo, Dolby surround 5.1 or Dolby Pro logic.
Studio with plenty of room for recording artists.
Second control room for editing, laybacks, file transfers, digitising
Sound effects; we can supply stock sound effects or create new ones to fit your requirements.
Recording to picture; using Quicktime movie or digitised video as reference.
Laybacks; transfers of the final soundtrack onto the Master video tape.
M & Es; production of music and effects tracks if required for overseas dubbing.
Foreign voice overs; production of foreign versions.
Delivery; Audio can be supplied on CD, video layback or ftp transfers in a variety of formats.

About us

Paddy Kingsland
Paddy's writing career began at the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, composing scores for all kinds of Radio and TV productions. After leaving the BBC he set up his own sound studio specialising in electronic music production.

Early credits include Dr Who (29 episodes) and music and sound effects for The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, both Radio and TV versions.

He has written music for many TV documentaries including;
