Description

No room to shine in your current role? Ready to make a big impression? Trickbox TV is looking for an experienced Broadcast Engineer to join their dynamic and growing TV facilities company.

Working from our London Bridge TV studio, our South Bermondsey warehouse and, of course, out on location around the country (and beyond), you’ll be required to guarantee and supervise a wide variety of small and large-scale, technically complex OB and studio projects.

Working closely with Unit Managers and production teams, you will devise technical solutions across everything from broadcast, live streaming, events, corporate productions and dry hire – so being highly organised, enthusiastic and pro-active is a must.

It goes without saying that you should have a strong engineering background. And, if things get busy (which they do!), nothing will falter your can-do attitude and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

• PPUs and flyaway systems?

• UHD / 4K

• Vision control

• System design and build

• Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from clients, producers, directors and other colleagues

• Competence in the use of specialised test equipment for undertaking electrical/electronic troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance work

Applicants must be flexible to work away from home and some unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A full clean UK driving licence is required.

Sound like you? Send your CV and covering letter to hello@trickboxtv.com (no phone calls or recruitment agencies) and let us know why you want to come and join our friendly team. We’d like someone to start ASAP.
