Head Chef John Harman, assisted by his Filipino wife Ruth, manages White Ensign. He was Head Chef on many productions including Bergerac, Last Of The Summer Wine, and Dennis Potter’s Blackeyes.
Ruth has been in the UK since 1976 and has worked in service as a Private Chef, entertaining Heads of State, Celebrities, and Icons of the Pop and Fashion World with her delicious Oriental Dishes.
News Teams, Pop Video Crews, Sports Event Camera and Commentary Teams or Independent Film Makers on Low Budget Productions can all Benefit from White Ensign’s services.
Our fully equipped Catering Truck can provide Hot Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners for up to 30 persons, and our Marquee (if required) can seat the Diners in case of inclement weather.
