CD & DVD Duplication and Replication in Kent
dBMasters has been trading since 1997 and we offer duplication, replication, packaging and printing for CD, DVD and Blu-Ray optical discs in 8cm minidisc and business card formats alongside the standard 12cm format. All quantities can be catered for, from a minimum order of 10 units, as well as a wide variety of standard and bespoke packaging options.
Short run CDR & DVD-R duplication (usually 500 or fewer units) takes 1 to 4 days as standard, depending on the printing and packaging requirements, with some orders able to be shipped out on the day they arrive. All discs used are high quality A grade media.
The minimum run for factory-pressed discs replicated from a glass master is 500 units and these jobs usually take around 2 weeks from receipt of order to final delivery.
The usual method for sending in your masters is by post or courier but to speed things up clients can be allocated a password-protected directory on the in-house ftp server to allow electronic transfer of masters.
We can also offer same-day delivery services to London and SE England.
The on-disc printing options now available include inkjet and thermal for short runs, as well as silkscreen and offset litho which are mainly used for larger runs but also available for short runs if required. We can also print your artwork onto blank recordable discs for you to duplicate yourselves. Samples are available on request. |
